Паккард тоже сейчас вполне себе черный, опять же не вижу никаких противоречий. Другое дело, что ГЛМ поставил тент не того цвета, что на отреставрированном варианте, смешав в модели комбинацию кузова и тента от прототипа до реставрации и после.

Пишут, что всё же зелёный. А изначально был белым:

Built for the 1938 Geneva Motor Show, this most elegant four seat cabriolet was originally finished in white. After many years in storage, the car reappeared less than ten years ago. When the decision was made to restore it, it was found that the dark green colour that it was then wearing had likely been applied at the Graber works after the show for the first customer as it was evident beneath all trim and upholstery. It is as restored version that we see the model and it is beautifully finished with neatly fitted fine trim, a cream roof but in black! The colour of the real car may look black in photos, but it is actually a very dark green.

ЗЫ: Что-то вспомнилось, как некоторые "эксперты" распознавали цвета довоенных машин на чёрно-белых фото - смешно стало. Тут с цветными бы разобраться...
